IgA Nephropathy: What to Eat to Make My Creatinine Level Normal

Question: Doctor, I am confused of what to eat so my creatinine will in the normal range only. My creatinine is 1.23 and I know that it is in borderline. I was diagnosed of having IgA Nephropathy since 2010 and my creatinine is always in the borderline level. I am so afraid that it will shoot up.
