Kidney Failure, Constipation, High Creatinine Level 1123, No Dialysis: Any Treatment?

My wife has kidney failure stage 5 and she is hard to loose bowel. Her creatinine level has elevated to 1123 but no dialysis is done. Is there any treatment for her condition?
