How Can I Improve Kidney Function 32% with Nephrotic Syndrome

Question: Hi. I have problem with my kidneys. I have Nephrotic Syndrome and diabetes type 2 and also my feet is sore in the bottom. I have been taking this medication for about 4 years now and I am erectile dysfunction too. I am on medication now. But my blood test was——kidney function decreases to 32% from 42%. How can I improve my kidney function?
